May 20th - Dinner will begin at 7:00 PM

 

Large pans called paelleras are heated and the meats, vegetables, saffron and rice are added.  Watch as a delicious meal comes to life. Chef Pedro Busigo comes to us from San Juan, Puerto Rico. This dinner is combined with 4 glasses of the best wines Texas Hills Vineyard has to offer. We suggest that you come early in order to enjoy the making of this wonderful dish.

Roasted Asparagus with Tomato Basil Salad

Fresh Green Salad with Berries, Toasted Pecans and Goat Cheese in a Balsamic Vinaigrette
