The staff at Texas Hills Vineyard is anxious to meet you and educate you about our wines and our winery. Kathy and Gary are both pharmacists or chemists so we jokingly say “better wine thru chemistry”. We are very innovative in our approach to winemaking integrating traditional techniques along with modern techniques.

Gary’s chemistry/biochemistry background along with his UC Davis classes ensure that the Texas Hills Vineyard team produces the best wine possible. Wines produced are acid balanced to create food friendly wines. He is blessed with a good palate and the wines are a reflection of this trait.
Owner / General Manager
Kathy, being very detail oriented, oversees the office and tasting room. She also works in the winery, bottling line, and the vineyard- wherever extra help is needed. She is also part of the final tasting team which helps choose the blend that will be bottled.
Vineyard Manager / Chief Cellar Rat
Dale ensures that the grapes coming in from the vineyard are the highest quality Texas grapes. Great Grapes = Great Wine. He processes the work orders in the winery under the direction of the winemaker. Dale runs our mobile bottling line, “Texas Hill Country Corkers”, bottling wine for many other wineries.
Wine Club Manager
Jenny keeps our wine club running smoothly and is a friendly face in the tasting room also.
Tasting Room Co-ordinator
With his friendly attitude, Logan is a great greeter welcoming our visitors to the winery. He also has a good knowledge of grapes and grape growing in Texas. He is also part of our final tasting team.
April is the friendly voice you hear when you call the winery, she also helps in the tasting room at busy times.
