| Day Seven Friday, August 5, 2016 Finished Orange Muscat. The crop was amazing, large berries with so much flavor, Gary is talking about using our orange muscat for a dry white! |
Day Eight Saturday, August 6, 2016 Chenin Blanc picked in one day, so impressed with this year’s crop. Everything is coming in with good numbers and the grapes look good and have incredible flavor. |
Day Nine Sunday, August 7, 2016 Started picking Merlot, our first red to pick this year. Had 6 volunteers helping so should finish picking on Monday. |

| Day Ten Monday, August 8, 2016 Finished picking Merlot. 10 straight days of picking, now a couple of days out of the sun to re-coop before going on to the next grape. Don’t know yet which one will be ready but will let you know. The last two days have been the hardest for me in the vineyard. The heat seemed so much worse than previously. Will take more pictures when we start up again. |
