Chocolate & Wine

Tracey and Robert Wilson from Dripping Springs Chocolate will be joining us on  Saturday, April 8th.  They will explain how and where they source their beans and the process of making chocolate. Gary Gilstrap, our winemaker, will talk about Texas Hills Vineyard wines paired with the chocolate.  Pick your favorite pairing, purchase a bar and a glass, and stay awhile visiting with new friends you have met during the afternoon.
