Appetizer        Caprese Argentinean Empanada 

Salad              Lebanese Salad,

                       romaine, cucumber, onion, red bell pepper, tomato, pomegranate dressing

Entree           Grilled Beef Tenderloin, pink peppercorn crust, provencal mashed potatoes,

                      tomato compote, roasted winter vegetables, veal jus

Dessert         Red Wine Poached Pears, Champagne lemon mousse, wild berry preserves

                     Dark Chocolate Truffle

Each course is paired with a wine specifically picked to pair with that course.

Each Dinner is $160 per person, reservations (830-868-2321), office@texashillsvineyard.com  or tickets purchased online are required by February 6th for the 11th and February 13th for the 18th.  No substitutions on Wine.
