Appetizer          Smoked Salmon on Herb Butter Rounds with horseradish creme & capers    

Salad                Caprese Salad dressed in fresh basil vinaigrette

Entree               Roasted Tenderloin of Beef au Poivre with balsamic cream sauce/Cremini mushrooms

                         Parmesan and Gruyere Scalloped Potatoes, Open Fired Seasonal Vegetables,  

                         Ranch Rolls with Whipped Butter.

Dessert            Chocolate Bread Pudding with Creme Anglaise

Each course is paired with a wine specifically picked to pair with that course.

Each Dinner is $160 per person, reservations (830-868-2321), office@texashillsvineyard.com  or tickets purchased online are required by February 6th for the 11th and February 13th for the 18th.  No substitutions on Wine.
