Paella is not just a dinner but a show. Chef Asa Thornton will be starting the paella at 5:30 for those who would like to watch the assembly and maybe help with the stirring. You are welcome to arrive anytime before 7:00, when dinner is served. A glass of Kick Butt Cab while you enjoy the show.
