| 18 | Kiolbassa & Kab – a Fredericksburg Wine Road 290 EVENT - see www.wineroad290.com for more information. Two of Texas' BEST things, Kiolbassa Sausage and Cabernet Sauvignon (Kab) will be sampled at each of the Fredericksburg Wine Road 290 wineries. Each winery contracts with a restaurant, or catering company, to prepare the sausage in their own UNIQUE way. The chefs pick what type of sausage from Kiolbassa array of sausages (Chorizo, Smoked Beef, Jalapeno, or Polish) and does a unique preparation and the winery pairs with a Cabernet from their winery....FUN...FUN...FUN! We team with Silver K and look forward to their unique serving of Kiolbassa Sausage. Come and taste and ENJOY a really fun day! | |||
