A great wine just to have around, it's a blend of Chenin Blanc and Pinot Grigio, from the Texas High Plains. The wine has a crisp & fruity intensity, expressing crisp summer pear with tropical fruit overtones hinting pineapple.

The wines has a vibrant and refreshing taste with a silky mouth feel with a velvety finish, holding its flavor throughout the taste: flavors of melon and pear with a finish of kiwi and a hint of mango.

We brought in this excellent wine, 76% Sauvignon Blanc and 24% Semillon, from one of our favorite wineries in California. We think it’s one of the best Sauvignon Blanc we’ve tasted and we wanted to share! Citrus, grapefruit and exotic spicy aromas lead to a balance of flavors of citrus, melon, herbs, and tropical fruit. Part of the wine was barrel fermented "sur lie" and aged to add a rich, velvety texture and a lingering finish.

Roussanne, a grape know primarily from the southern Rhone valley of France, it produces a full-bodied wine rich and complex, with distinct honey, floral and apricot flavors. This wine ages well and holds its acid allowing it to be enjoyed for years after bottling. Often blended, we have chosen to make a wine on its own merit and blend it with nothing. The berry is distinguished by a russet color when ripe – roux is French for the reddish brown color russet, and is probably the root for the variety’s name. The aroma of Roussanne is often reminiscent of a flowery herbal tea, and in warm climates (we do qualify), it produces wines of richness, with flavors of honey and pear, and full body.

A crisp Chardonnay, aged in American Oak, without overcoming its generous fruit flavor. This is a classic wine that is a tribute to the Texas Hill Country's ability to grow fantastic grapes. Taste all the flavors you expect in a fine Chardonnay, fresh "honey crisp" apple and a hint of coconut, with a spicy hazelnut like finish. Has the "mouth-feel" and body equal to the finest Chardonnays in the world.

Our DRY rosé wine, made with Sangiovese grapes, is dry, yet fruity, and a perfect wine with our Texas foods, like Bar-B-Q and even hamburgers!! Taste raspberry, strawberry & cherry!

A FINE Wine! Late freeze, not many grapes with large canopy to support the growth of QUALITY wine grapes at Drew Tallent Vineyard between Mason and Brady, in the Texas Hill Country. Syrah is a noble (black grape) variety and the grape does really well in Texas. Smooth and rich with the flavors of dark berries with a rich and "jammy" plum-like finish! Full body with rich flavors and "soft" tannins, this wine will age well with its fine structure.

A classic Syrah that is very "food friendly" and serves nicely with "another glass"! Taste the richness of expected flavors of dark berries, black cherry, and a little spiciness at the finish. Priced to be a favorite!

Our Syrah "drinks well", and it "plays well with others" when paired with most of the foods that we like in Texas, especially rich with the lighter meats and salads because it holds its acid nicely. Third in our "artist series", Benini’s creation called "StarTime" graces the label and the wine matches the elegance by giving layers of flavor like Benini brush-strokes on canvas. Soft tannins with the taste of dark berries and spice, and just a hint of black pepper at the finish.

Great Wine! This is one of the finest wines we’ve made in the years we’ve been making wine and is worthy of the price. Syrah is one of the noblest black grape varieties and this "noble grape" is really "showing off" its nobility in this wine! Silky and rich with the flavors of dark berries like loganberry and boysenberry with rich "jammy" plum-like finish! Taste the full body & rich flavors with the "soft" tannins of a mature wine. This wine will age well with its fine structure.

Merlot is always a great grape here! This wine is a blend of grapes from Texas Hills Vineyard and Newsom Vineyard with a rich taste of expected flavors of fresh plum, dark berries, black cherry, and a little spiciness at the finish.

Cabernet Franc is one of the "noble grapes" of France, a Bordeaux, lighter in color and tannins than its cousin Cabernet Sauvignon, makes a "long lived" wine that will continue to please as the months go by - SOFT & SMOOTH, taste berries and plum with the hint of spice at the finish.

Sangiovese is the noted world-renowned red wines of Tuscany. When you taste our Texas grown version you will realize we have a lot to offer when it comes to wine! This wine is rich in flavor with lots of raspberry flavors and great depth. A great "food wine", especially with pasta & pizza.

Black grape variety once popular in Bordeaux, but now associated with Argentina & Chile. This wine will age well and the tannins are smooth & silky. SOFT & drinkable, taste "jammy" berry flavors with its "staying power" and "mouthfeel" radiating quality. A nice spiciness at the finish! This wine is GOOD!

Made from grapes from 22-year old vines from Newsom vineyard! When you swirl the glass and put your nose toward the wine you immediately "Get your guns up" with the taste of blackberry jam, then you "Gig'em" with the spiciness from the American oak. Then you "Hook'em" with the rich and supple depth and long finish with subtle tannins and rich color & body and "Sic'Em" to the check-out counter & take some home.

Grapes from Reddy Vineyard in Brownfield, taste the full body and rich flavors produced, the tannins are soft with the flavor of dark berries and plum, and just a hint of spice.

When we visited northern Spain in 2007, we saw huge silhouettes of bulls along the highways, so when we created our Tempranillo (the noble grape of Spain) we decided to name it the "Bull of Texas" or TORO de TEJAS and place a copy of the silhouette on our traditional label. Grapes from Newsom Vineyard, near plains, where Neal and his family are one of Texas’ best growers. The wine offers full body, with a rich flavor, and the tannins are soft enough to allow you to enjoy with the flavor of dark berries and plum, and just a hint of spice.

"Volare" means to fly in Italian. Our Volare is a sweetheart of a red wine, with a hint of sweetness; we hope it warms your spirit as it warms your heart with joy, and maybe even a touch of amore!" Our first "sweet red" table wine made with equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has just a little sweetness with rich flavors, great with food, especially spicy foods and Bar-B-Q. It is a nice wine to share with friends.

The Muscat Blanc grape is grown all over the world and everyone has a unique version of the wine produced. Ours is pleasantly sweet, and nicely balanced, with the smooth fruity and spicy presentation and a hint of guava and tropical fruits at the finish.
