1 8 oz wheel of Brie

½ jar Tomato Pesto Salsa

1 sheet frozen puff pastry

1 egg + 1 T water

Baguettes or crackers

Set the brie out until it is near room temperature. With a knife, poke a number of deep holes across the top of the brie. Set the brie on the center of the sheet of puff pastry. Spread the pesto salsa over the brie. Fold puff pastry up around the cheese and seal as well as possible. Brush egg wash over the entire surface and bake at 400 7-10 minutes or until pastry is golden and cheese is soft.
